I hope you are doing well and staying healthy. We are writing to invite you to participate in our AWCPE GSA End-of-Semester Luncheon that will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (EST) at Poe 512. Here is the Flyer for the event.
Just so you know, we will be having Indian foods from Lime and Lemon restaurant. I need to know the number of people who will be available to attend the luncheon so that I can proceed with ordering foods and stuff.
That said, if you plan to attend the luncheon, please RSVP here by Friday, December 9, 2022. Please also make sure to mention in the RSVP form if you have any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions.
For those who graduated in Summer 2022 or Fall 2022:
We will have gifts for students who graduated this summer or are graduating this Fall 2022. Please make sure to RSVP for the event so that we can prepare the gift for you.
Note: Because we have limited gifts, only those who RSVP to attend this luncheon will receive the graduation gifts from us.
For those who participated in our AWCPE GSA Student Success Series from October 26th to November 17th:
We will do the drawing for the Amazon and Starbucks e-gift cards at the luncheon. It would be great if you will be available to attend. If not, the winners from the drawing will receive the e-gift cards via email.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Dr. Somanita Kheang, the president of AWCPE GSA, via awcpe-gsa-pres@ncsu.edu.
